Hi, I’m Belinda and I solve problems…

I am glad that you are here! I’ll teach you how to rise up, start, launch and get moving.

I launched this online platform many years ago because I wanted to be authentic. I needed a digital domain to incorporate all that described me. I was at the “no more” point. Yeah, that point where you take control of your life and begin to live intentionally.

I already had enough of people’s questions.

Oh, but you have your LLM, why are you consulting in IT? Which profession are you in now, law or IT? Why are you switching from one profession to the other?

I decided that I wasn’t going to downgrade my gifts and expertise anymore and just be me. It is interesting how one bold move can lead to several destiny encounters, business deals, faith awakenings, profits, new territories.

I grabbed my piece of cyber land and began to write blog posts that shared part of my story, which touched on issues and provided solutions. Then I saw an increasing trend and people reaching out to me about the best strategy for their next step or project, inviting me to speak, offering business deals because they read my blog post or heard me speak somewhere, watched my videos or listened to my Destiny Chats Podcast.

There are many men and women who are gifted, skilled and experts in diverse fields who would like to start and operate their own platforms too, be themselves and just strive to enjoy this blessed life. However, many have placed their gifts on the back burner for so long, and are afraid of launching out into the deep.

If you do not operate in your full capacity, you will wake up one day and regret your life. Who has time for that? I realized that if I wanted change, then I needed to do something about it.

After law school in England gazillion years ago and after doing several temp jobs, I saw the handwriting on the wall that technology was the way forward and upward. So, I learned how to code.

I worked in the IT industry (front-end development, web programming, software testing, analytics). I worked in the legal industry. Then I sought a way to combine both skills and experience. I didn’t want to choose one over the other because I loved both (and I still do).

What did I do next?

I became a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). If you want to know about US data privacy related laws, the EU GDPR, cyber privacy, cyber security, train your staff about data privacy and security awareness, click here

Today, I am blessed to operate with a unique blend of law and IT in data privacy and security industry.

I often teach that authenticity opens doors and no experience is wasted.
What you know today will be useful tomorrow. What I learned in law school and working in the industry is very useful in the data privacy and protection, IT, business, non-profit arena and vice versa.

My consulting experience in multinational corporations across Europe (London, Copenhagen, Germany, Switzerland, Amsterdam) and here in the US is very useful when I communicate with clients and help build organizations. Hence, why I speak to leaders about the power of authenticity and how to enhance workplace culture.

My alma mater Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law hosted Diversity & Inclusion Summit: “Embracing Difference in the Workplace” and invited me to speak. We discussed implicit bias, diversity, inclusion and how to improve communications and effect change in law firms.

How I can help you win (because you didn’t land here by coincidence)?

I teach profitable strategies from inception to launch to operations.

I am a mentor to women who desire to thrive in their gift zones too, operate with excellence and impact their generation. I am passionate about helping women because when they win, I win.

I am an author and I have written five books [and helped others publish too, edited and restructured many manuscripts including doctoral dissertation]. I build online courses from scratch too and help my clients move strategically from A to Z in their career, business and life. However, that’s not all.

I host conferences that bring sharp minds together that help people soar. Click here for my speaking topics and to invite me to speak at your event or participate as an analyst or TV commentator.

I am a life coach, an ordained pastor and I often use biblical principles to teach how to succeed, work on relationships, handle life and be persistent in your faith. In 2019, I received the Faith Fighters Award in Pennsylvania for my work in ministry.

Often I am asked how I am able to wear many hats. Here’s my answer:

You have one life to live. Regret happens when you place your life assignment(s) on the back burner, declaring ‘later.’ There is no time like now. Now is a gift; maximize it. People are waiting for you; don’t disappoint them.

I love to have a good laugh because laughter is good medicine for the soul. I love to watch Steve Harvey, Undercover Boss, Madam Secretary and Greenleaf.

Well, that’s just some of the backstory. I have to leave some for the speaking gigs.☺ So, how can I help you? Let me know!
