This is a recap of my presentation at the Data Leadership Summit in London at The London Landmark Hotel.
I welcome opportunities to speak, share my knowledge and create solutions that impact this generation. It’s important to grab a seat at the table and make a difference.
Sometimes what we think people know, they really don’t know. Share your knowledge. Contribute. Use your voice. Make a difference. Don’t procrastinate because somebody needs to hear what you are still thinking about.
About the Data Leadership Summit in London
It was a great atmosphere at the data leadership summit. I was excited to be back home in my old stomping ground.
I talked about the importance of authenticity in the workplace, why we should encourage team members to walk in their uniqueness, how multiplicity of skills can enhance projects, how to foster and nurture employee skills, how happy employees increase profits, etc.
I was on the stage twice (1) Panel discussion with Nicolas Ismail, Neil Tape Darren Robertson on the evolving leadership role and changes yet to come and (2) I gave a presentation on “How to Embrace Authenticity in the Workplace.”
It was an awesome time and opportunity to connect and network.
Why Should Corporate Leaders Embrace Authenticity in the Workplace?
Diversity of skills is a necessity. Some of your team members are “multipotentialites” and you don’t even know! They are well-versed in multiple disciplines, multifaceted powerful people with diverse gifts and talents. They can easily switch tasks and work with excellence in any career they desire.
Leonardo Da Vinci showcases a powerful description of authenticity. He was a polymath – architect, painter, musician, sculptor, mathematician, anatomist, inventor, writer, etc.
Sometimes the solution to that problem on your project that you have been trying to decipher is in-house but not seen because empowering authenticity isn’t encouraged in the workplace. Hence, talent is overlooked.
I want to come to your organization to speak about “How to Embrace Authenticity in the Workplace and Improve Work Culture.” This would help your organization. Click here to schedule a conversation or reach out to me on LinkedIn.
