Curating the Corporate Women Summit at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai was an intentional leap of faith, born from the audacity to become, and the courage to build without a blueprint.
Being in the tech space for several years including data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance, I have been in different rooms: global conferences, keynote stages, executive roundtables, masterclasses, and panels.
But there was something missing.
Large events are fantastic, but the real conversations don’t happen in crowded halls.
They happen in curated, smaller, intimate spaces where leaders speak honestly, share strategies, and open doors from the inside.
No gatekeeping. No hierarchy. Just women genuinely committed to rising together.
So I created the room I couldn’t find.
