Don’t Remain in a Dead-End Job (And How to Make the Shift)

February 23, 2018 Belinda Enoma 2 Comments

At some point in your career, you will feel like you need to shift from where you are to something greater. You may even wonder and say: “If I could just merge what I am doing now with the next elevation step.”

I know.
I have been there.
And I found a way to make things happen.

If you are stuck in a professional field that seems like the wilderness (nothing is happening, same old, same old, dry land), dead-end zone or “abandoned project,” don’t die there. The world is your oyster. You can make things happen.

Here’s Something To Know About Me

  • I am also a woman who codes, a web programmer. If I’m bored (which doesn’t happen these days), I start tweaking codes on our websites, changing things and moving stuff around. Then I revamp and build websites from scratch (even get paid doing them too).
  • All our professional and ministry websites were designed by me.

Do I have a degree or certification in web programming? No! I went to law school. Upon graduation from law school in England, I was dissatisfied with the lack of jobs and tired of surplus temp jobs that weren’t even in my field.

So, I made a wise decision – I learned how to code. That decision opened mega doors that no man can shut.

There’s more to this story. Read how I made the shift and merged knowledge and skills here and you can read my professional bio here

Why Should You Care?
I shared this to encourage you to get up and learn how to do something you have never done before. I did it. You can do it, and when you master it, get paid too! The time is now, not later.

Did you know? I coach professional women who love their jobs but also desire to utilize their gifts and talents to impact the world. Ready to make a difference? Click here
