Marathon runner Hyvon Ngetich was leading in 23 miles but as she was close to the finish line, her body broke down and she fell. She didn’t give up but crawled to that finish line and came 3rd! Media sources say she crawled about 400 meters (1,312 feet) to cross that line!! Powerful, very powerful and inspiring.
No matter what life throws at you, PRESS ON to that finish line.
Do not quit. It didn’t matter that thousands were watching Hyvon Ngetich. It didn’t matter that she was in a somewhat embarrassing/awkward moment and all eyes were on her. What mattered was she had to finish. She had to keep going. She had to cross that line.
You do the same. Keep moving. People will stare at you. Some will encourage you. Some will shoot your ideas down. Some will be jealous. Some will wish they were you. Just keep your eyes on your lane and have a flourishing finish.
If you fall, get back up. Don’t stay down. Keep moving.
