How do you get out of that funk?

You have to change your mindset and make a decision to not remain there. You have to rise up and take action because if you continue to remain there, you will waste valuable time which waits for nobody.

I recently watched this inspiring Ted Talk given by Faith Jegede called What I’ve learned from my autistic brothers and I reckon you should watch it too.
