Sometimes when we do stuff, we don’t realize the impact or how it will affect others. I remember years ago someone asked me “Why do you do what you do? If I were you, I’d make sure I get paid every penny for helping people sort themselves out.”
The reality is that life isn’t all about attaining wealth.
Yes, money is good. We need money to do things in this life. The truth is that I derive joy from using my gifts and talents to the glory of God. I help people. I point them in the right direction and also talk about Christ. God is good and here’s one of those simple things that put a smile on my face:
You have every reason to smile. Personally, I smile because of simple things. I smile because of you – realizing that you were placed on this earth for a reason. Why should you not smile? Life is too short to be sad every blessed day.
Question: What puts a smile on your face every time and without fail?
