What is the Anointing to Prosper?

April 24, 2013 Belinda Enoma 7 Comments

how to have the anointing to prosper

Bezalel had the anointing to prosper

Bezalel (Exodus 31:1-6) had the anointing for craftsmanship. He was a construction guy, an anointed contractor and craftsman. He had the anointing to design and build the Lord’s tabernacle. He wasn’t a preacher but a carver, designer, an architect. His God-given talent was needed to get the work done. He got the instruction and moved into construction mode. He didn’t sit on it. One lucky guy? Maybe; but I call him blessed because he was chosen to work on the Lord’s project. What an honor!

Some people dream of great accomplishments, while others stay awake and do them. — Anonymous

The Importance of The Anointing
There’s a difference between an anointed Gospel singer and someone who sings Gospel songs. When an anointed singer worships the Lord in song, you can feel it. When someone who sings gospel songs performs, you may say something like: “Wow! That girl can s-i-n-g” and that’s about it.

Four Examples of God-Given Anointing

  • Some people have the anointing for business. They can start any business and it will succeed. They are blessed like that.
  • Some people can write any book and it will hit the New York Times Best Seller list even without trying.
  • Some people have the anointing for craftsmanship. They can design, sketch, draw, sculpt, paint, etc.
  • Some people have the anointing for catering. When they cook, present it and you taste it, you beg for more and desire the recipe.

The truth is that the anointing places you at a level above the rest and that’s why we need to tap into it. God’s anointing (like the Bezalel anointing) will help you prosper.

Maybe the Lord is calling you to help build churches or ministries, renovate or refurbish them, help secure real estate, draw up the plans, construct the building, etc. It doesn’t mean that you have to be a pastor. Nonetheless, it’s time to do what God has called you to do. He is not the author of confusion. That talent from God must be used. However, to succeed, you must be eager to get to work. Time waits for nobody.

I have always believed this to be true. I totally agree and it’s been my observation as well, especially about the anointed singer and the good artist. The anointing makes the difference. Thanks Pastor, just mentioned to my wife today how one of your blogs is setting me off on a glorious journey. Thank you for allowing yourself to be a channel of blessings, I pray more fresh anointings on you and all that you put your hands upon.
