How I Upgraded a Flight and Invested in My Elevation

June 5, 2019 Belinda Enoma Leave a Comment

my journey as an international speaker and airport chronicles

During a transatlantic journey, I upgraded my flight to relax, enjoy comfort and stretch my legs especially after a busy speaking schedule in Europe.

Besides, I wanted to enjoy the perks of an upgrade. I was glad that I listened to that still small voice that said “UPGRADE.”

On the journey,  I had an interesting conversation with a great lady that I met. We talked about many things that confirmed a few things for me that I needed to do.

Was the upgrade free? No, it cost me something.

Although it was for my physical enjoyment because I just couldn’t fathom being squashed in a tight seat on the plane; I learned something. Upon payment for the upgrade, I realized that to get to the next level, most likely it will cost you something. You have to invest in yourself. Invest in your wellness.

When you invest in yourself, you invest in your elevation. When you invest in your elevation, doors of opportunities open, ideas appear and strategies start to flow.

Upgrade to upgrade

What do you need to upgrade in your life?

  • Friendship
  • Relationship
  • Business partners
  • Inner circle
  • Health and Wellness
  • Faith
  • Finances
  • Network (connections)

It may cost you something for the upgrade to the next level in life; sometimes a pretty penny but worth the investment in your elevation.

Question: Have you upgraded lately? Was it worth it? Post your comment below.
