Why I Decided to Start Broadcasting Live on Periscope

Okay, here we go! I just had my very first Periscope broadcast today and I must say it was a tad weird.

I usually do Facebook videos [at least you can edit them before posting] but with Periscope, it’s LIVE. It was weird but fun. The weird part was trying to figure out if the iPad was straight, if my head was showing or if viewers could only see my mouth, whether camera was fine and all that unnecessary worry.

I have one question for Twitter: [bctt tweet=”#Twitter – When will you have Periscope available to broadcast on laptops, desktops, iMac, Mac Air, etc? It’s about time, don’t you think? Some of us are perfectionists and always want to showcase our best. :)”]

One reason why I decided to start broadcasting live on Periscope is to share my messages. As your purpose activator and destiny launcher who teaches people how to use their God-given mandate [their purpose] to solve people’s problems, monetize their knowledge, gifts and talents, it is imperative that I try new platforms and increase my reach.

So, on this first scoping day, I got a great review from the powerful Kim Garst of BoomSocial. Was I chuffed or what?

@istartandfinish Belinda, you are a NATURAL! Thank you, I truly enjoyed your scope and I love the “Divine Mandate”. -LR

That’s it for now. To be continued.

Question: Do you scope and how often do you do it per week? Please SHARE in your comment below.
